Joe Sorce, Chief Executive Officer of DKI, is pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Silicato to the DKI Executive Team as Senior Vice President, Account Management and Business Development.

Steve comes to DKI with over two decades of experience in sales and marketing with one of the country’s premier remediation/demolition companies (formerly MARCOR Environmental). Steve started at MARCOR performing asbestos removals and quickly climbed the ranks within the company; he’s held various positions ranging from Account Executive, Assistant General Manager, and National Sales Manager to Corporate VP of Sales and Marketing and National Accounts.

Steve was instrumental in helping MARCOR diversify their services to include emergency disaster response for natural and man-caused disasters. Throughout his career, Steve developed and implemented sales policies and procedures, hired, trained and mentored sales forces while also establishing national contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Steve has also authored several articles for industry publications, and has been a speaker at numerous symposiums and conferences across the country.
