Iso Tec Alliance LogoDKI is proud to announce ISO 9001:2015 recertification for 2021!

DKI experienced its first exposure to a surveillance audit conducted by its ISO auditor. The audit was completed with DKI having zero nonconformities, and confirmed the restoration company remains compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

A nonconformity can be minor or major. Minor is a document that does not have a date, or if revised, a date and revision number. A major nonconformity would be improperly warehousing our documents.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the most up-to-date, rigorous and well-regarded standard for manufacturing and services companies around the world. Obtaining certification and completing annual surveillance audits with zero nonconformities demonstrates DKI continues to improve upon and provide the highest quality customer service possible.

The scope of the surveillance audit reviewed the following:

  • DKI’s ISO Objectives
  • Scope of DKI’s Management System
  • DKI’s Quality Policy Statement
  • The 7 Principles of the ISO Quality Management System:
    • Customer focus
    • Leadership
    • Engagement of staff
    • Process approach
    • Improvement
    • Evidence-based decision making
    • Relationship management

The audit concluded that DKI’s Leadership Team and Department Managers demonstrated their levels of expertise, knowledge of their business and most importantly, the ability to communicate processes and awareness of SWOT Analysis (Strengths/ Weaknesses/ Opportunities/ Threats).

Additionally, the DKI Team demonstrated follow-up on action items, delivering and exceeding customer expectations.

“I am proud of the work Team DKI has done to show our National Clients as well as the DKI Network that we are always striving for excellence in every aspect of our great industry. The recertification process for 2021 was a test that Team DKI did not take lightly, and passed with flying colors,” said DKI President and COO Matt Wright.
