(July 9, 2019) – Disaster Restoration Services (DRS), a member company of DKI, North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, raised $6,200 during its second annual Family Fun Day in Portland Riverfront Park. All of the proceeds were donated to the Arthur C. Luf Children’s Burn Camp to provide two children the opportunity to attend their summer camp this year.

The Arthur C. Luf Children’s Burn Camp is a safe, natural outdoor environment located in Union, CT for 8- to 18-year-old children around the world who have survived life-altering burn injuries. To learn more about the camp, visit ctburnsfoundation.org.

“After visiting the Children’s Burn Camp, its impact was life-changing,” said President Danny Strong. “On behalf of all of DRS, we are proud to help such an exceptional organization.”

DRS attributes the event’s success to all of the sponsors, vendors and local community for supporting a great cause.
